Gnani, Trapyz among startups selected for Airbus Bizlab programme

Seven Indian companies including Flutura which works on internet based technologies, audience insights platform Trapyz and AI based local language speech recognition firm Gnani have been selected among twenty-four startups across ten countries by Airbus, for its BizLab programme.

Flight information based Hey flyer, software company Scapic, Agnikul which specialises is orbital vehicle design and NLP based Traxof are the other Indian based startups selected by the Airbus’ Bangalore office.

“One of the main criteria used in the selection process were the synergies between the startup projects and Airbus’ innovation strategy” said Airbus in a statement released earlier this week.

The aim of this six-month programme is to encourage the innovation of new technology, by providing a platform where startups and Airbus entrepreneurs can readily convert their ideas into a sustainable and successful business.

These startups will interact with the four bases of Airbus, in Madrid, Toulouse, Hamburg and Bangalore, where they will receive support from an international team of experts from various fields, access to coaching staff and networking opportunities.
